About Andy Leppard & His Portfolio

 Updated: July 21 2011 10:29

I've been excited by visual stimulation since my early childhood and have sought to develop my skills as a visual communicator from that time. After learning to draw and gaining various qualifications in Art & Design, I have developed into a fully-fledged professional visual communication designer with specialist skills in target-oriented1 design, interactive design and brand development & extension.

As a graphic designer for the web, I have strong interface design2 skills as well as being an advanced CSS3 designer. I animate graphics and images using flash4, steering clear of bulky files or ineffective "intros" common on web sites of many small businesses today.

My portfolio is a collection of various designs and concepts that have made it into the machinations of commerce, I've tried to keep this simple. The graphic design section is strictly for print-based output, the web & CSS section is still graphic design, it's just that in those cases, it's applied exclusively to screen-based projects.
